Big Kahuna Half Ironman Photos

Here are two pictures of me in Big Kahuna.....oops-I uploaded them backwards, oh well, too lazy to change them. The first is of the finish: you finished on the beach.....yeah, running the last bit of a half ironman on the sand isn't thrilling but most of it was packed sand! The swim: coldest water i've ever swum in--my arms were fine, my feet were like claws running back to the transition area to get on my bike. I didn't feel my feet until about an hour into the bike!
